Sponge Holder Jig

This tool makes the job of cutting the slots of a sponge holder fast and easy. Simply position your piece using the targeting rings on the base and use your wire cutter/ clay slicer to make the cuts. It is helpful to put gentle pressure on the top of your piece while the wire cutter/ clay slicer is in the final upward motion in order to maintain the pieces position.
Tip: leave the cutouts in place until the sponge holder is dry to avoid unnecessary warping.
