All Sales are Final!
That said, we understand that sometimes things can happen during shipping. All orders are carefully packed and shipped with proper insurance. If your piece arrives damaged, is lost, or shows signs of carrier-related issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through the shipping insurance process.
Because each piece is unique, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than shipping-related damage or loss.
